Wang Qi

Introduction

Wang Qi is the Director of the Management Committee of Baoxin Law Firm. After 20 years of deep ploughing in the legal services market of the Greater Bay Area, with Zhongshan as the headquarters, she has accumulated rich practical experience in major asset disposals, mergers and acquisitions, equity transactions, real estate development and operation, corporate governance, corporate compliance and other commercial legal fields, and has not only participated in the handling of litigation cases that have been selected as typical cases at all levels of the courts, but also played an important role in a number of major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy restructuring, and resolution of historical legacy issue involving land. She has also played an important role in a number of projects such as mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and reorganisation, resolution of historical land issues and other major transactions, and has been praised by both clients and the legal professional community.

Wang’s clients include not only government departments and headquartered enterprises in the Zhongshan region, but also enterprises and entrepreneurs from Hong Kong, Macau and other cities in the Bay Area, as well as from overseas, which have corresponding needs for legal services. Wang has been appointed as a civil and administrative consultant of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the inaugural arbitrator of the Zhuhai International Arbitration Court, invited by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission to serve as an expert member of the Real Estate Professional Committee, and elected to the position of director of the Real Estate Law Research Society of the Guangdong Law Society. She has been nominated for the 2021 and 2022 ALB “Women Lawyer Awards”, the first lawyer in the Zhongshan regional legal services market to be nominated for an award by an international rating agency.
