Stephenson Harwood’s alliance firm in Singapore, Virtus Law, has appointed partner Eunice Yao to enhance its expertise in capital markets, M&A and fintech.
Lauren Tang, managing partner at Virtus Law, said: “In line with the wider Stephenson Harwood strategy, we see real opportunity in the technology space and are actively looking to bolster our expertise in this area.”
Yao brings more than a decade of experience, advising on areas such as initial public offerings, equity and debt fundraising and corporate governance.
She worked as a partner at Dentons Rodyk, a special counsel at Hamilton Locke, and as an associate director at Fortis Law Corporation, and served clients across various locations including Singapore, China and Australia.
