Introduction
Vincent Zhuang is a partner at Global Law Office in Shenzhen. Zhuang has extensive experience in securities, M&A, PE investment and financing, as well as capital markets-related matters, and has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including biomedicine, medical equipment, new energy, automobiles and smart manufacturing. He is skillful and professional in acting in his clients’ best interests.
In the A-share IPO field, Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects with companies including Jinyi International Cinemas, Guangzhou Jiacheng International Logistics, Eaglerise Electric & Electronic China, Shenzhen Lifotronic Technology, Lucky Harvest, Genbyte Technology, and Jadard Technology.
In the area of acquisition and strategic investment in public companies, Zhuang has represented companies in a number of projects such as Zhuhai Da Heng Qin in its acquisition of Shenzhen Worldunion Group, Ping An Life Insurance in its acquisition of China Fortune Land Development, Zhao Shang Hui He in its investment in Wuxi Hodgen Technology, among others.
In the field of major asset restructuring, refinancing and bond issuance of public companies, Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects, which include the reverse takeover of Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy, the material assets reorganisation of Chongqing Dima Industry, the 2018 public bond issuance of Gemdale, the 2020 non-public offering of shares of Aiko Solar, etc.
In the field of overseas refinancing and full circulation of H-share enterprises, Zhuang advised Weigao Holding as the first private enterprise to participate in the full circulation of H shares and obtain approval, and Weigao Group in its issuance of exchangeable bonds overseas, among others.
Zhuang also has extensive experience in VC and PE investment. He has advised numerous investment funds and start-ups on their domestic transactions in different industries such as new energy, new materials, semiconductor, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
