Tanay Agarwal has been promoted at TT&A as a partner in the banking and finance team, which will strengthen the practice’s solid reputation.
Agarwal began his career in 2015 at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and moved to TT&A in 2019. His expertise spans diverse sectors such as airports, retail, hospitality, financial services and real estate. He has advised banks, funds, and financial institutions on intricate transactions including financings for listed company takeovers, asset monetisation, margin finance, construction finance, and fund-raising by financial institutions and promoters.
The promotion of Agarwal, who will be based at the Mumbai office, sees the number of TT&A partners reach 27.
