Introduction
Tian Tian has practised PRC law for more than 10 years. She joined Joint-Win Partners as a partner in July 2017. Prior to that, Tian worked for Emerson Electric, a Fortune 500 company, and Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai), mainly engaged in civil and commercial litigation and other legal services.
Tian has served a number of well-known enterprises, including large state-owned enterprises and public companies in various industries such as real estate, automobiles and new energy, medicine and biology, cultural media, information technology, logistics and international trade. She has extensive practice experience and has successfully represented many litigation and arbitration cases involving property sales, leasing, property agency services, company equity, loans and guarantee, trade and investment, unfair competition, major commercial contract disputes, medical disputes, labor arbitration, etc.
Tian is regarded by clients as enthusiastic, dedicated in case handling, good at digging out case details, having strong logical thinking, able to accurately grasp the focus of disputes, having a clear mindset, and able to protect clients’ rights and interests to the utmost extent.
