After eight years at Thai law firm Weerawong C&P and seven years leading its capital markets and corporate governance practice groups as a senior partner, Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt launches her own firm, TTT+Partners.
Thammavaranucupt decided to embark on a new journey in her legal career with a team of qualified and experienced professionals.
She has considerable experience in capital markets and M&A, particularly innovative transaction structures and telecommunications in domestic and cross-border deals.
Her previous experience includes a stint at Linklaters, where she gained partnership in 2006, and was also a member of the takeover panel of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand.
