Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) added another feather to its cap by inducting Bharat Vasani as a corporate partner on 20 March. Vasani until 31 January was legal adviser to the office of the chairman of the Tata Group, N Chandrasekaran.

Vasani spent 17 years as chief legal and group general counsel of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group of companies. In July 2017, he made way for Shuva Mandal, who was a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and at AZB & Partners prior to that.
