Tang Huaying

Introduction

Tang Huaying joined China Commercial Law Firm in 2010, where she is a senior partner and the director of the China Commercial Disposal of Non-Performing Assets Committee. She is an expert consultant for the Shenzhen Disposal of Non-Performing Assets Association, a member of the Banking Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, an invited mediator for the People’s Court of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone and the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center, and a practice tutor at the Shenzhen University Faculty of Law and the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies Law School. Tang was nominated for the ALB China Regional Legal Award 2023 and Women Lawyer of 2023: South and Central China.

Tang possesses a strong foundation in legal theory, has extensive practical experience, and a high level of comprehensive legal literacy. Before joining China Commercial, she gained extensive non-litigation experience in large corporations. She has also handled hundreds of litigation cases involving financial, securities and company disputes, and other significant civil and commercial cases totaling more than RMB20 billion. Her cases have been repeatedly featured in classic casebooks published by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, the Supreme People’s Court’s People’s Court Cases Selection, and other publications. Tang has also written a professional book, Securities Litigation Practice (Law Press China).

Tang advocates for the innovation of legal services, dedicated to creating “full industry chain” capability for non-performing asset disposal services, and is committed to creating a refined securities litigation and compliance legal service. She provides long-term services to 4+N (???) AMC (asset management companies?), multiple listed companies, financial and quasi-financial institutions.

Her practice areas include non-performing asset disposal and investment (including asset due diligence, execution, asset mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy liquidation and reorganisation), significant financial, securities and corporate litigation and arbitration.
