Summit Chen

Introduction

Summit Chen is a first-rate lawyer, a vice chair of the Dacheng China Advisory Committee and a board member of Dacheng China. Chen is also a director and senior partner at Dacheng’s Shanghai office. He has 20 years of practice experience.

Chen has rich professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience in law and economics, and provides legal services in both domestic and overseas commercial undertakings. His practice area focuses on corporate, finance, construction engineering, infrastructure and energy, and major complex commercial dispute resolution.

Chen is also a deputy at the 15th and 16th Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, vice president of the “Belt and Road” Legal Research Committee of the Shanghai Law Society, vice president of the Case Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society, part-time professor at Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, distinguished professor at Lawyer’s College of East China University of Political Science and Law, part-time master’s tutor at the Law School of Fudan University, part-time master’s tutor at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, as well as an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, etc.
