Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors has appointed Apoorva Chandra as a partner to head its new Mumbai office, expanding its presence to five cities.

Speaking on his Mumbai team, Chandra said Sarthak was in the process of hiring candidates.
Prior to Chandra’s appointment at Sarthak, he was a partner at King Stubb & Kasiva Advocates & Attorneys for 11 months. He has more than 14 years of experience, including as senior associate at Hariani & Co, principal associate at Gravitas Legal and Lex Chambers, among other positions.
Chandra’s expertise covers general, corporate and commercial advisory, private equity, acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence, commercial contracts and real estate. He advises clients on complex legal issues ranging from company law and other allied laws, real estate laws, and foreign exchange laws, among others.
Sarthak Advocates has offices in New Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad and recently opened in Chandigarh.
