Zeeshan Khan has joined Fox Mandal & Associates as a partner and head of the banking and finance practice for Mumbai and the Western India region. Khan, who will be based at the Mumbai branch, joins from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
His more than 16 years of expertise covers project and infrastructure finance, private credit, acquisition and structured finance, debt capital markets, and stressed asset resolution.
Khan has advised leading lenders, borrowers, investors, financial institutions and private credit platforms on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
