Introduction

Rossana Chu is a corporate partner at an international law firm and has more than 26 years of legal experience with in-depth knowledge and skills. She is known for her expertise in M&A including takeovers and privatisation of listed companies, capital markets, corporate financing, asset management, ESG and sustainability, corporate restructuring, private equity/venture capital, legal and regulatory compliance, technology law and employment legal issues. Chu advises multinational and Chinese corporations, securities firms, investment banks, funds, non-profit organisations, as well as families and individuals on their domestic and overseas legal matters.
