Pioneer Legal and AZB & Partners acted for parties involved in the Tata Capital Healthcare Fund’s (TCHF) USD10 million investment in Cellcure.
The Pioneer team handling this deal included partner Mayank Mehta, senior associate Adwait Munje, with assistance from associates Niyati Khullar and Rutvik Shukla.
Pioneer Legal acted for private equity fund TCHF in conducting legal due diligence on Cellcure and assisted with the drafting, reviewing, revising and finalising the investment agreement, and disclosure letters. The team also assisted in general advisory and related aspects in closing the transaction.
