Singaporean firm Oon & Bazul has hired Benedict Eoon, Jerald Foo, and Priscilla Lua as partners in its litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Eoon, a white collar and investigations specialist, joined from Covenant Chambers where he was an associate director for a year. Previously, he was an associate director at Drew & Napier, one of the big four firms in Singapore, for nine years.

Lua and Foo joined from Cavenagh Law, the formal law alliance partner of Clifford Chance, where they were a senior associate for more than six years and almost five years, respectively.

Lua has more than 10 years of legal experience and practised law in Singapore and London offices, and specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation. She has run longstanding internal investigations for clients into issues such as fraud, corruption and compliance.

Foo started his legal career as a justices’ law clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore, before he was appointed an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court. He specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.
