Introduction

Nan Li is a managing partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm and the head of its Hong Kong office. Li has a broad range of corporate finance and M&A experience, with a focus on public and private securities offerings, cross-border M&A and private equity investments. He has assisted in the listing and complex transactions of leading companies in the healthcare industry including Hygeia Healthcare, Gushengtang Holdings, Gaush Meditech, Chaoju Eye Care, Jinxin Fertility, Simcere Pharmaceutical and CanSino Biologics; leading companies in the B2B/SaaS/technology industry including Weimob, Youzan, Howkingtech, Changjiu Holdings, SATP Holding, Samoyed Cloud, Chanjet Info Tech, Qinhuai Technology and Netjoy Holdings; and leading companies in consumer and entertainment industries such as Zibuyu, Yihai International, Zhou Hei Ya, Yadea Group and Strawbear Entertainment.

Li also served as a transaction lawyer and a Hong Kong legal adviser in numerous transactions, such as pre-IPO financing, post-IPO M&A and follow-on offerings, such as the AGIBOT financing, the acquisition of Etern Group by Hygeia Healthcare, and the placing of new shares by Hygeia Healthcare and Gushengtang Holdings.

Li has been admitted to practice law in Hong Kong and New York. He has obtained an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as an LLB from the China University of Political Science and Law.
