Mumtaz Bhalla

Introduction

Mumtaz Bhalla is a partner in the dispute resolution practice of ELP. She is an advocate on record with the Supreme Court of India. Mumtaz has more than 15 years of experience and specialises in white-collar crimes, money laundering issues, and domestic and international arbitrations. She has wide experience in aviation, medical, real estate, construction and civil-commercial sectors. Mumtaz also specialises in conducting compliance workshops for companies. She usually argues her own matters and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, district courts and quasi-judicial forums, where she represents many multinational clients.

She has been recognised as a recommended lawyer for litigation by the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.
