Morrison Foerster has named Xiaoxi Lin as a partner in its corporate group in Hong Kong to boost the firm’s private equity and M&A presence across the region.

“With a focus on technology, data centres, digital infrastructure, renewable energy and the life sciences sectors, Xiaoxi’s industry expertise aligns well with our platform strengths. His arrival strategically positions us to better serve clients in these dynamic and rapidly evolving industries,” Timothy Blakely, managing partner at Morrison Foerster’s Hong Kong office, told Asia Business Law Journal.
