Introduction
Qu Miao is an IP veteran practising law for more than 20 years. She is an IP/IT dispute resolution expert and provides strategic advice for IP-related matters, such as patents, trade secrets, copyrights (including software), trademarks, unfair competition, data, etc. She is insightful and particularly applauded for her comprehensive knowledge and skills when addressing challenges faced by clients.
Qu is also a leading partner at King & Wood Mallesons’ IP practice in its Shanghai office, which consists of more than 120 individuals and provides a full range of IP/IT legal services. KWM’s Shanghai office was awarded the IP Law Firm of the Year: East China by ALB in 2022 and 2023.
