Introduction

Yi Lyu is an equity partner at Beijing Guantao (Shanghai) Law Firm. He is also an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a part-time legal consultant of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of Economic and Information Technology, and a member of the Shanghai Hongkou District Committee of the People’s Political Consultative Conference. With 24 years of legal practice, Yi specialises in major commercial arbitration, litigation, and administrative proceedings. He is also a visiting professor at Tongji University for MPA and Management (master of public administration programme) and a postgraduate tutor at East China University of Political Science and Law.
