Introduction

Lyon Dong is a seasoned legal professional and equity partner at Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai), renowned for his expertise in international capital markets and cross-border transactions. Dong obtained dual master’s degrees from the National University of Singapore and East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL).

In navigating the complexities of international business law, Dong has garnered recognition for his contributions. He has been included in Asian Legal Business’ (ALB) lawyer’s list, and has received prestigious accolades, including being named in China Business Law Journal’s 2023-2024 “Rising Stars” list, and winning the “Best M&A Lawyer Award” in the 2023 China M&A Special Awards.
