Introduction
Liu Yuxiang is a partner at Haiwen & Partners. He has gained extensive experience in the areas of employment and labour, anti-corruption and compliance in his more than a decade of practising law. Liu joined Haiwen in 2019 as a partner. Before joining Haiwen, he was a partner at a boutique labour law firm and was the head of its Beijing office.
Liu is the director of the International Law School Alumni Association of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), a CUPL undergraduate practice tutor, and an arbitrator for the Chinese Football Association Dispute Resolution Committee. Liu has been invited as a columnist in international legal platforms such as LexisNexis and Wolters Kluwer, and presided over the writing of The Practical Handbook of Employment Management in the Financial Industry and The Blue Book of Non-Competition Disputes.
Liu has provided compliance, anti-corruption and commercial bribery legal advice, labour law consulting services, and HR management training to a number of corporations, and also has extensive experience in handling senior management exit cases, non-competition restrictions, commercial corruption/compliance, class action litigation, and systematic employee replacement.
