Liu Xiaoli

Introduction

Liu Xiaoli is a partner at the private equity and assets management department of Zhong Lun Law Firm, and is licensed to practice law in China and New York state. She has dedicated her practice to China’s asset securitisation legal service market since 2008, and has accumulated extensive experience in the issuance, duration management and liquidation of various types of securitisations, including personal consumer loans, credit card receivables, retail auto loans, small to medium-sized enterprise loans, personal residential mortgage loans, financial leasing assets, account receivables, and non-performing loans. She has also conducted in-depth research on transborder securitisation and covered bonds.

Liu has led the annual drafting of the China chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guides’ Securitisation for six years. She serves as a member of the 3rd Asset Securitization and Structural Financing Committee of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, and co-chairs the Auto Loan and Equipment Loan Securitization Committee of the China Securitization Forum.
