Linklaters lands big issues in HK

Linklaters recently advised three major capital market issuances in Hong Kong, raising a total value of US$5 billion long-term funding for the Hong Kong government, the Airport Authority of Hong Kong (AAHK) and Cathay Pacific.

In late January, Hong Kong-based capital market partners William Liu and Michael Ng led the team in advising the AAHK on its US$1.5 billion dual-tranche senior notes offering.
