Lian Chunhui

Introduction

Lian Chunhui is the managing partner of Kangda Law Firm’s Shanghai office. She obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fudan University. She is adept at handling various complex commercial disputes.

Over her 17 years of practice, she has managed a large number of significant and challenging cases brought before the Supreme People’s Court, various regional high courts, intermediate courts, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The types of disputes she has handled cover a wide range, including company equity disputes, corporate personality denial disputes, company shareholder liability disputes, large-scale commercial real estate leasing, insurance subrogation claims, product quality disputes, franchise disputes, foreign arbitration recognition and enforcement, commercial contract disputes, and criminal cases.
