Li Zhiheng

Introduction

Li Zhiheng is a partner at Kangda Law Firm’s Chengdu office. He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a master’s degree in civil and commercial law. Li has been deeply engaged in the fields of corporate and commercial, investment and financing, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy and insolvency for 13 years.

In the corporate and commercial area, Li has served as the legal consultant of dozens of listed companies and private enterprises, efficiently providing legal services in management and operation, corporate governance, investment and financing.
