Li Amin

Introduction

Li Amin obtained his legal profession certificate in 2009. In 2010, he started to work with the Enforcement Tribunal of the People’s Court of Miyun County of Beijing and, in 2012, he joined the dispute resolution department of a well-known law firm. He obtained his lawyer’s license in January 2015. In 2018, he joined the Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Shanghai Office as a partner.

Li focuses his practices on security compliance and litigation, and specialises in handling cases involving information disclosure, insider trading and market manipulation, whether in administrative, civil or criminal procedures. He helps listed companies, their directors, senior officers and supervisors and securities service institutions cope with regular inspection and enquiries from stock exchanges. He provides whole-process legal services in securities compliance and litigation and has

accumulated rich experience in advising listed companies on compliance matters in major asset restructures and private placements. Li has represented clients including listed companies, securities companies, audit institutions and appraisal institutions in a large number of securities compliance and litigation cases.
