Nirupam Lodha has joined Khaitan & Co as a partner in the IP practice group at the firm’s New Delhi office. He joins from L&L Partners, where he spent 14 years.
Lodha has more than a decade of experience in IP and information technology law. He has worked extensively on IP transactional matters, led IP enforcement actions and handled large IP portfolios for domestic and international clients.
He advises clients on matters relating to information technology, data privacy and data security breaches including risk mitigation steps, and is a graduate from National Law University, Jodhpur.
