Jesson Wen

Introduction

Wen Junqi is a senior partner at DOCVIT Law Firm, the director of DOCVIT’s National Professional Committee of Corporate Business and a member of the management committee of the firm’s Tianjin office. He has a PhD in Human Resource Management from the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China. He is a director at the China Labor Society, a deputy director of the Beijing Chaoyang Law Association of Labor and Social Security Practice, a legal adviser of Training Magazine (China), an invited guest at the legal programme of the Tianjin Television Science and Education Channel, an appointed mediator for the Tianjin Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, and a part-time arbitrator for the Tianjin Binhai New Area Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court.

Wen has a multidisciplinary background in law, economics and human resources management, and has published articles in international journals. He was ranked in the “2023 Legalband China Lawyers’ Special Recommendation List Top 15: Consumer and Retail”. He has experience in human resources and compliance management in multinational corporations, as well as 14 years of experience in government HR and social security administration.
