Zhenming Jeffrey Guan is a senior partner of Joint-Win Partners, as well as director of the firm’s business development committee and its banking business centre.

He also provides non-performing asset disposal legal services to Dongfeng Motor Finance involving non-performing assets of overdue repayment of consumer loans of RMB10 million.

Guan acts as the special legal service supplier for the non-performing disposal of China Postal Savings Bank for small and micro enterprise loans, consumer loans and second-hand housing loans.
