Hu Canlian

Introduction

Hu Canlian received her bachelor’s degree in management and master’s degree in law from Wuhan University and Peking University. She is a partner at the Beijing office of DeHeng Law Offices. Her main practice areas are M&A, securities, private equity and financing. She was nominated for IFLR1000 2021’s “Rising Star of the Year” in the field of M&A in Beijing, and cited by The Legal 500 as a “Future Star” in the field of real estate and construction engineering in 2016, among other honours. Hu is well-versed in the laws, regulations and policies related to M&A and securities, and has rich project experience, equipping her with the proficiency to propose solutions and provide clients with high-quality legal support. During her tenure, she has been responsible for dozens of financing, M&A, major asset restructuring of listed companies, refinancing of listed companies, and IPO projects, covering many industries including finance, semiconductors, new energy, environmental technology, electric power, engineering and real estate.
