Introduction

Hou Zhiwei has worked in Tong Shang Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm and De Heng Law Firm for 16 years. He has long focused on private equity fund establishment, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, domestic and overseas bonds, domestic and overseas listing of enterprises, and asset restructuring of listed companies. Hou is adept at taking advantage of the complementarity of domestic and overseas markets to build an overall domestic and overseas financing platform from the perspective of the overall and long-term development of clients, and effectively reduce comprehensive financing costs by combining financial and taxation perspectives, while providing strong legal protection for their healthy and rapid growth.
