Introduction

He Ping is a managing partner of Grandall Law Firm, Dalian. A Peking University graduate, He has rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in law. In her seventeen years of practice, she has delved deeply into areas such as corporate governance and compliance, construction engineering and real estate, labour and human resource management, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has provided retainer legal services, specialised legal services, and dispute resolution services for many central, large state-owned and foreign-invested enterprises, and large commercial institutions, and has accumulated rich practical experience in the high-end civil and commercial litigation business. She is a member of the Labor and Social Security Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and the vice director of the Labor and Social Security Committee of the Liaoning Lawyers Association, of which He was once the vice director of the Construction and Real Estate Committee.

She won the Distinguished Lawyer Award by Liaoning Lawyers Association and was recognised as a Liaoning Province Labor Law Professional Lawyer.
