Han Kun Law Offices has appointed Zhao Pei and Aaron Gu as partners in Beijing and Shanghai, respectively. Zhao joined from DaHui Lawyers, where she was a partner. Prior to that, she was with Shearman & Sterling in Hong Kong and Beijing. She has over 10 years of experience in fund formation and fund investment-related areas.
Gu joined from Covington, where he was an associate in the US and Shanghai. His practice is focused on life sciences and healthcare, including biosecurity and human genetic resource issues, clinical trial matters, drug licensing and collaboration.
