Grandall Law Firm has established a branch in Madrid, Spain, marking its second foreign office launch in the past month and fifth overall.
Managing partner Ding Li heads the new office. Before joining the firm, he practised with Grandall’s Spanish strategic partners, Ecija and Colón de Carvajal.
The Madrid branch will offer legal services including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, corporate law, real estate, taxation, labour law, international trade and dispute resolution.
Grandall said it would strengthen collaboration between its Madrid, Paris and Stockholm offices to enhance its comprehensive cross-border legal services in China, Spain and Latin America. The firm also has branches in Hong Kong and New York.
