Feng Cheng

Introduction

Feng Cheng joined JunHe in 2007 and is a partner based in the firm’s Shanghai office. He focuses on capital markets, M&A, and assets securitisation.

Feng has provided legal services to a diverse client base including many large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign investment enterprises and multinationals for their pre-listing reorganisations, pre-IPO private placements, IPOs (including A shares, H shares and Red-Chip shares), corporate bonds, convertible corporate bonds and other kinds of securities offerings and listings, public market financing, M&A, domestic and overseas investments, etc.

Feng has also represented clients in a variety of industries such as finance, real estate, high technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, shipping, freight forwarding, energy sources, consumables, and the internet industry.

Feng has assisted trust companies in their equity and debt investment trust plans, participated in domestic and overseas investment projects of many funds, and provided support for the establishment and daily operation of investment funds.

Feng graduated from Fudan University Law School in 2007 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a second professional degree in International Economics and Trade.
