Introduction

Du Xiaocheng, who has a bachelor’s degree in civil and commercial law and a master’s in economic law, has focused on litigation and arbitration of major civil and commercial disputes for more than 10 years. He has successfully conducted hundreds of significant and complicated litigation and arbitration cases in a broad variety of disputes relating to mineral energy and new energy, banking and finance, corporate equity, real estate and construction, execution and dissent action of execution, debit and credit, and various contract disputes.
