DOCVIT Law Firm has established its 10th branch office, set in Hong Kong, following the Law Society of Hong Kong’s approval for it to commence practice in the SAR.
The new office will focus on advising clients on cross-border litigation and M&A, trusts, investment funds, and offshore IPOs.
“The establishment of a Hong Kong office is a symbol that DOCVIT has expanded its Greater Bay Area network and boosted its international services,” DOCVIT said in a statement.
The law firm’s other branches are in Beijing, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Jinan, Shanghai, Taiyuan, Haikou, Wuhan and Chengdu.
