Mark Stevens has joined Deacons as the seventh partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice.
Before joining Deacons, Stevens was a partner at the Hong Kong office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and prior to that, he was a partner at Mayer Brown where he spent more than 18 years.
Stevens specialises in M&A, joint venture, private equity and other commercial transactions involving the logistics, real estate and natural resources sectors across the Asia-Pacific region. His clients included blue chip listed and private entities, private equity funds as well as public utilities and statutory bodies.
