Christine Chang

Introduction

Christine Chang has been in the legal profession for more than 10 years and is a partner at Beijing Dacheng Law Firm. She is also the secretary general of the Beijing Dacheng Dispute Mediation Center, and the deputy director of the Beijing Dacheng Real Estate and Construction Engineering Dispute Mediation Center.

Chang has provided comprehensive legal services to various parties from different perspectives mainly in the field of real estate,

construction and energy. She has served as a legal adviser for multiple large financial institutions, well-known real estate development enterprises, construction and energy firms, and has excellent business capabilities in undertaking projects and cases in the field of housing construction and energy. She also has experience in handling projects in industries such as aerospace, finance, cultural tourism, healthcare, and technology, media and telecoms.

From an industry perspective, Chang has extensive experience in company establishment and M&A, real estate purchasing and leasing, investment and financing, primary land development, development and construction, hotel and property management, risk resolution of financial institutions, corporate debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganisation, and other fields. She has also provided professional legal services to clients in areas such as company, labour and financial laws. Chang is a qualified senior enterprise compliance specialist.

Chang has been invited as a special lecturer at Dianjing.com, Zhishi.com and the Legal Masters Lecture Hall. She has served as a mentor at the Capital Haizhi Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship and Accelerated Camp of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, and as secretary general of the Youth Department of the Women’s Work Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association in Beijing.
