Among the projects she has worked on are power plants (coal, nuclear, and hydro), river treatment, petroleum and natural gas pipelines, natural gas, water works, water treatment, land reclamation, expressways, railways, subways, bridges, airports, ports, docks, stadiums, municipal buildings, schools, hospitals, hazardous waste disposal. Wang has provided comprehensive legal services throughout all project stages. She has advised on cross-border projects throughout the world, including in Italy, France, Mongolia, Argentina, Columbia, Indonesia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Oman, Tunisia, Iran, Afghanistan and Nigeria. Her clients include numerous Chinese state-owned enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Wang began her environmental, resources and energy practice at an early stage in her career.

She has been involved in all kinds of environmental projects and is legal adviser to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the China Environmental Protection Foundation and several other domestic and foreign environmental organizations. She has participated in discussions and deliberations of several important environmental administrative and appellate cases, including the Songhua River case, and provided legal support throughout Beijing’s first environmental assessment hearing. She has also advised on the financing, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution aspects of various resources and energy projects. Her clients include Chevron, China National Offshore Oil, China Gold International Resources, Sinochem, and the National Institute of Clean-and-Low-Carbon Energy.
