Wang Sifa

Introduction

Wang Sifa is a partner at Dacheng Law Offices, and is licensed to practise law in China. Wang graduated from Renmin University of China with a master’s degree in civil commercial law. He is a private equity and venture capital legal professional committee member of the 12th Beijing Lawyers Association.

Wang specialises in handling major, difficult and complex commercial dispute resolution cases, and related cases involving criminal and civil intersection. He has accumulated extensive experience and demonstrated exceptional expertise in the fields of financial investment and corporate governance. Wang has unique insights into different types of complex commercial transaction structures and regulations, and can quickly identify the essence of a transaction while providing effective legal solutions within the existing legal system and framework, helping clients achieve business goals. Wang has successfully represented a large number of significant and challenging cases brought before various levels of courts and arbitration institutions. Many of the cases he represented have been selected as typical cases.

Wang has gained widespread recognition in the industry. He has been included in China Business Law Journal’s list of “rising stars”, and was recognised as one of the top 30 “rising stars” by Legalband. The deals he managed were awarded the “LegalOne Merits (Remarkable)” in 2023 and 2024. Dacheng rated him an “Outstanding Lawyer” of its Beijing headquarters for five consecutive years from 2019, and cited one of his cases as an “Outstanding Case” in 2023. In 2024, the firm awarded him the first-ever “Leading Star of Dacheng Youth”, “Outstanding Young Partner”, as well as “Best Business Ability” for its financial industry group, among others.
