Wang Hanlin

Introduction

Wang Hanlin is a partner at Dacheng Law Offices, a member of the firm’s national capital markets professional committee, as well as its national securities legal business internal control committee. He is also a member of the Chongqing Lawyers Association’s capital markets and securities professional committee, and an investment manager at the Chongqing High-tech Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Port. Wang obtained his master’s degree in Economic Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

Wang has been ranked by several internationally renowned legal rating agencies such as Legal 500, IFLR1000 and LegalOne. In 2024, the Chongqing Lawyers Association awarded him“Best Commercial Transaction (Non-litigation) Lawyer”. The organisation also recognised one of the projects he led as among the “Top Ten Commercial Transactions (Non-litigation) Cases”. His other projects won “Best Transaction of 2022 in China” by IFLR1000, and received a “Merits (Excellent)” rating from LegalOne. Dacheng has honoured him multiple times as an “Outstanding Communist Party Member”, “Outstanding Young Lawyer”, and “Lawyer of the Year”.

In recent years, he has successfully completed several landmark projects with significant regional and industry influence, including the first qualified domestic limited partner private fund manager registration in the central and western regions,the first Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Market listing in Chongqing after the implementation of its registration system, as well as the first listing on the New Third Board in Chongqing and the second in the country under the green channel review mechanism. He also serves as the chief legal adviser for several listed companies and large central and state-owned enterprises, earning high praise in the legal service industry and professional fields.
