Introduction

Zhu Xiaohui is the director and managing partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm.

With more than 20 years of experience, Zhu focuses on investment and financing, M&A and capital markets.

Zhu has handled many influential projects and is especially good at handling major and complex investment, restructuring and structural adjustment assignments on behalf of state-owned enterprises, including capital market and M&A projects for Kanzhun; Sinochem; Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Company; Syngenta Group; Beijing Capital Agribusiness and Food Group; China Jinmao; CSC Financial Co; and Far East Horizon.

He also serves as a member of the Beijing Listing Advisory Committee, an outside director of Beijing Xianglong Assets Management Co and a part-time professor at the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law.
