Xiong Xiaojun

Introduction

Xiong Xiaojun is a senior partner at DeHeng (Shenzhen) Law Office and serves as the director of the criminal crime prevention committee. He also holds the roles of deputy director of the DeHeng compliance committee and an executive member of the DeHeng criminal committee. Additionally, he is the deputy director of the compliance and risk management committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association; the director of the enterprise compliance committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association; a council member of the Enterprise Compliance Research Society of the Guangdong Law Society; a council member of the Shenzhen Enterprise Compliance Association; and an expert adviser of the Beijing Enterprise Legal Risk Prevention Research Society’s advisory committee for complex enterprise-related cases.

With more than 20 years of legal practice, Xiong specialises in commercial disputes, commercial crime, commercial compliance and business decision-making. He has handled nearly a thousand complex commercial, criminal, civil-criminal, and compliance cases and projects, including matters under the jurisdiction of the Supreme People’s Court, provincial high courts, intermediate courts and arbitration commissions. The total value in dispute across these matters exceeds RMB400 billion (USD56 billion). He possesses extensive experience in dispute resolution and legal services for commercial projects.
