Rossana Chu

Introduction

Rossana Chu is a partner at YYC Legal, with more than 28 years of legal experience. She is known for her expertise in both local and cross-border M&A, capital markets transactions, corporate financing, asset management, debt restructuring, private equity and venture capital, legal and regulatory compliance, technology law, employment, and environmental, social and governance legal issues. Chu advises multinational and Chinese corporations, securities firms, investment banks, funds, families, individuals and non-profit organisations on domestic and overseas finance and commercial-related legal matters.
