Introduction

As lead counsel, Yang handled the first “licence hijacking” case in the online gaming industry, securing an acquittal and non-prosecution. The case was included in the Supreme People’s Court’s case database. He represented clients in numerous landmark litigation cases that have received honours, such as China Business Law Journal’s (CBLJ) “Deal of the Year”, lawyers’ associations’ professional achievement awards, and “Lingnan Excellent IP Cases”. Leveraging his extensive legal expertise and industry insight, he has been repeatedly recognised by top domestic and international legal ranking institutions, including CBLJ, Chambers and Partners, Asian Legal Business, Asialaw, The Legal 500 and LEGALBAND.
