Huang Wei

Introduction

Huang Wei is a managing partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm. Wei also serves as the deputy director and general secretary at the anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition professional committee of the All China Lawyers Association and as an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Association. Wei has accumulated rich experience in practising antitrust and competition law, during which he has represented many landmark cases, including 3Q war, JD v Alibaba, Apple v Qualcomm and Didi/Uber. Wei has long been widely recognised as a leading antitrust practitioner in China and has been ranked as a Band 1 lawyer in antitrust and competition by Chambers, The Legal 500, China Law and Practice and LEGALBAND for almost 10 consecutive years.
