Introduction

Chen Xiangyu is the leading partner of Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Hangzhou office. He currently serves as a member of the Financial Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, a legal adviser to the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, a member of the legislative experts database of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress and the vice president of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association.
