Introduction

Zhu Xiaohui is a director and managing partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm. With more than 20 years’ experience, Zhu focuses on investment and financing, M&A and capital markets.

Zhu has handled many influential projects and is especially good at representing major and complex investment, restructuring and structural adjustment assignments on behalf of state-owned enterprises. These include capital markets and M&A projects for Kanzhun, Sinochem, Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management, Syngenta Group, Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Food Group, China Jinmao, CSC Financial, and Far East Horizon.

He has served as a member of the Beijing Listing Advisory Committee, an outside director of Beijing Xianglong Assets Management, and a part-time professor at the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law.
