Wang Dong

Introduction

Wang Dong is a partner and patent lawyer at Globe-Law Law Firm in Beijing. He specialises in patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation in AI, electronics, the internet and other technical fields. Wang has drafted and reviewed more than 1,000 patents, constructing patent technical barriers from the perspective of product technology.

To promote the protection of high-innovation technologies with high-value patents, Wang always strives for accurate translations of patent texts and clear descriptions of patented technologies, a delineation of patent protection scope, and forward-looking judgements of patent allowance probability.

Wang completed his Master of IP Laws at Renmin University in 2018, and Master of Engineering at Beihang University in 2008. He is studying for a PhD in IP Laws at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law under Professor Ma Yide, China’s first IP strategic management scholar.
